In this article, the discussion of the peace ideology of Confucianism in Confucius, Mengtzu, and Hsun tzu was focused on the ideology of the way of the true king and the way of the hegemon, and this discussion was compared and analyzed in connection with ‘publicity’. In addition, it attempted to discuss by applying the ideas of he ideology of the way of the true king and the way of the hegemon and the thesis of ‘publicity’ to a constructive information philosophy that converts into artificial intelligence. In the current age of artificial intelligence and the change of the 5th industrial revolution, the two elements are reinterpretation to enter the academic realm of convergence. The process of realizing the value standard of ‘publicity’ is based on human experiences. From this, the thesis was compared with Luciano Floridi's constitutive information philosophy, which embodied the point of constructivism that constitutes knowledge and meaning. The thesis is not a work to unify any one theory of ‘publicity’ in this discussion. In that it seeks the connection between existence, knowledge, and life from the concepts suggested in the existing philosophy, the possibility to expand its extension in the constructive information philosophy that expands artificial intelligence was suggested.

이글에서는 유학의 평화사상을 공자․맹자․순자의 왕패사상을 중심으로 논의를 전개하 고, 이 논의를 토대로 평화사상의 의미를 ‘공공됨[公]’과 연계해서 그 의미를 확장해서 비교분 석했다. 특히 ‘공공됨’의 의미를 인공지능으로 전환시키는 구성적 정보철학의 논점으로부터 논의를 전개했다. 현재 인공지능시대와 5차 산업혁명의 변화라는 흐름 속에서 유학의 평화사 상과 ‘공공됨’을 융복합의 학문적 영역으로 진입하기 위한 재해석을 시도했다. ‘공공됨’의 가치기준이 구체화되는 과정을 인간이 자신의 경험에 기반을 두고서 지식과 의 미를 구성한다는 구성주의의 논점을 구체화한 루치아노 플로리디의 구성적 정보철학과 접목 해서 비교분석을 했다. 이 논의에서 ‘공공됨’이 어느 하나의 이론을 통일하려는 작업이 아니라 기존의 철학에서 제시했던 개념들로부터 존재와 지식, 그리고 생명 등과의 연관성을 모색하기 때문에 인공지능을 확장하는 구성적 정보철학의 논점에서 그 외연을 확장할 수 있는 가능성을 제시했다.
