[Purpose] The following research shows the embodiment of moral acting and analyze it for the golf playing leaders. [Method] Fair play demonstrate the objective of the game, the right way to compete with others and make them respect each other's. As the historical foundation of golf, this research examined the evolutionary process of golf starting from just playing it, into games, and into sports. Examining the historical philosophy, psychological, sociocultural values, physiological values and business values of golf. [Result] Golf gives humans the meaning like that creates a sense of purpose as a challenge to the possibility and meaning of existential life. Gives knowledge, morals, and body spirits that helps to establish the social needs. [Conclusion] Defying the meaning and value of golf through fair play more fundamentally forms a broader foundation of human life and sport, Norm that seeks a desirable social person with a sense of social solidarity.

[목적] 본 연구는 페어플레이에 대한 도덕적 가치와 골프가 가지는 가치를 분석하고 골프지도를 위한 근본자료를 구 체화하는데 목적이 있다. [방법] 페어플레이는 골프 경기의 목적과 규범, 경쟁에 있어서 올바른 수행을 위해 규칙을 준수하고 기회 균등으로서의 공정성, 경쟁하는 파트너에 대한 존중에 있다. 골프가 가지는 역사적 기초로서 놀이에 서 출발하여 게임으로 그리고 스포츠로 진화되는 발전과정을 살펴보고 골프의 역사철학적, 심리학적, 사회문화적 가 치, 생리학적 가치, 경영학적 가치를 고찰하였다. [결과] 골프는 인간에게 공정으로서의 정의로 삶의 가치를 가지게 하고, 가능성에 대한 도전으로서 목적의식을 갖게 하며, 실존적인 삶의 의미를 갖게 한다. 골프가 주는 스포츠맨십은 지·덕·체 삼위일체로서의 사회요구와 시민정신을 확립하게 하여준다. [결론] 페어플레이를 통한 골프의 의미와 가 치는 보다 근본적으로 인간 삶의 더 폭넓은 근간을 형성하고, 사회연대감을 가진 바람직한 사회인을 희구하는 규범 의 스포츠이다.
