The purpose of this study is to use social network analysis to identify the research trends of employability. To this end, the research trends were analyzed, focusing on 69 academic papers that were searched for employability as the keyword. Using Excel and NetMiner 4.0, the analysis results are as follows. First, a journal on the keyword of employability in Korea was first published in 2004 in the field of business administration, and the field of education began its first study in 2010. Based on definition of employablility, it also showed 32 articles were conducted on university students who were first acquired employment, 27 articles were conducted on workers who maintained their employability, and 9 articles were on targets that needed reemployment. Second, the analysis found that the network size was 149 nodes and the number of connections was 398. Third, A centrality analysis showed that it mainly included “university students”, “career decision self-efficacy”, “career satisfaction”. Fourth, As a result of sub-group analysis of employability keyword, the number of communities was 13, and the largest community was also a university student. Based on the findings, implications and future research directions were presented.

본 연구의 목적은 사회연결망 분석을 활용하여 국내학술지를 중심으로 고용가능성의 연구경향을 파악 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 고용가능성을 주제어로 검색된 학술지 69편을 중심으로 연구동향을 분석하였 다. Excel과 NetMiner 4.0을 활용하여 고용가능성 연구의 연도별, 학회지별 연구빈도와 네트워크 수준 의 속성, 개별 주제어의 중심성, 주제어 하위집단의 응집구조 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같 다. 첫째, 우리나라에서 고용가능성을 주제어로 연구된 논문은 경영학 분야에서 2004년에 최초로 발간되 었으며 교육학 분야는 2010년에 첫 연구가 시작되었다. 이후 교육학 33편, 경영학 22편, 기타 분야 14 편으로 총 69편의 연구가 수행되었다. 또한, 고용가능성 정의를 기반으로 대상별 연구동향을 분석한 결 과 고용을 최초 획득하는 대학생 중심의 연구가 32편, 고용가능성을 유지하는 근로자 대상의 연구가 27 편, 고용의 재획득이 필요한 대상(경력단절여성, 실업자 직업훈련생, 퇴직자)의 연구가 9편 인 것으로 나 타났다. 둘째, 2004년부터 2019년까지 고용가능성과 관련된 논문의 네트워크 전체수준을 분석한 결과 네트워크 크기는 총 149개 노드, 연결 수는 총 398개로 분석되었다. 셋째, 고용가능성 연구의 주요 개념 을 파악하기 위해 중심성 분석을 실시한 결과 주로 대학생, 진로결정 자기효능감, 경력만족, 자기효능감 등이 공통적으로 포함된 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고용가능성 주제어의 하위구조를 분석한 결과 커뮤니티 수는 13개로 나타났으며, 가장 큰 커뮤니티 역시 대학생으로 나타났다. 상기연구 결과를 토대로 시사점 과 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
