The purpose of this study was to analyze the trends of HRD research in dance field and to provide basic data to identify the flow of HRD professional dancers and to set the direction for the future. For this purpose, 86 HRD studies were analyzed from January 2010 to September 2020 using the search of dance related academic societies and academic studies. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the scope of research related to HRD in dance field, the most papers on educational institutions were the most, and the least papers on the private sector were the least. Second, the research themes of dance HRD research by year were 44 basic studies, followed by development research and action research. Third, it was reported that the research on the use of dance by year has been continuously conducted in the study of organizational development, HRD itself, and career development, and this research was lacking in the broad concept such as education ethics and national, regional and global HRD. Based on these results, this study suggests that more extensive research is needed to advance dance professionals into various fields, and theoretical research on career development and HRD is needed.

이 연구의 목적은 무용 분야 HRD 연구의 동향을 분석하여 무용 전문인력 HRD에 흐름을 파악하고 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 설정하는 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 무용관련 학회 및 학술연구 검색을 활용하여 2010년 1월부터 2020년 9월까지 출한된 총 86편의 HRD 연구를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무용분야 HRD 관련 연구의 범위를 분석한 결과 교육기관에 대한 논문이 가장 많았으며, 민간기관에 대한 논문이 가장 적게 나타났다. 둘째, 무용 HRD 연구에 대한 연도별 연구주제를 분석한 결과, 기초연구가 44편으로 가장 많았으며, 개발연구, 실행연구 순으로 제시 되었다. 셋째, 연도별 무용 활용 연구에서는 조직개발과 HRD 자체, 경력개발 등의 연구가 꾸준히 지속되고 있는 것으로 확인 되었으며, 교육훈련 및 국가, 지역, 글로벌 HRD 등 광의적 개념에서의 연구가 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과 를 토대로 이 연구에서는 무용 전문인력의 다양한 분야진출을 위한 연구, 경력개발 및 HRD에 대한 이론적 실천 연구가 필요할 것을 제안하였다.
