This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the relationship between satisfaction and performance of youth sports education service quality among sports education programs in a highly competitive situation and using them as basic data on the efficient operation of sports education programs. To achieve this goal, 400 parents who are attending 40 sports centers in Seoul were surveyed through the convenience sampling method, and 395(98.8%) of them were used for final analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results showed that: First, educational programs, leaders and price factors, excluding external service factors among educational service quality, were found to have a static impact on satisfaction. Second, among the quality of youth sports education service, prices, education programs, leaders and external services were all found to have a static impact on performance. Third, satisfaction has been shown to have a static impact on performance.

이 연구는 유소년스포츠 교육 서비스품질이 만족과 성과의 관계를 규명하여 스포츠 교육프로그램의 효율적 운영 에 대한 기초적 자료로 활용하는데 그 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 이룰 위해 서울에 소재하고 있는 유소년스포츠 프로그램을 운영중인 스포츠센터 40개소에 자녀를 등원시키고 있는 학부모 400명을 편의표본추출법을 통해 표집하였 으며, 해당 모집단을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 중 395부(98.8%)를 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 활용하여 최종분석에 사용하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질 중 외적서비스요인을 제외하고 교육프로 그램, 지도자, 가격요인이 만족에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유소년스포츠교육서비스품질 중 가격, 교육프로그램, 지도자, 외적서비스 모두 성과에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만족은 성과에 정적인 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
