The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of service satisfaction to participation satisfaction as setting the sports center users as background parameter to figure out the relationship between service satisfaction and participation satisfaction of sports center users. 203 copies of questionnaire were used fro data analysis using random sampling method targeting sports center users in A area. Exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were executed for collected data using PASW WIN(ver. 23.0) and resulted as follows. Firstly, there is statistical meaningful relationship between service satisfaction and participation satisfaction in sports center. Secondly, service satisfaction in sports center statistically influences to participation satisfaction. Program which is one of the sub factor of service satisfaction influences all six sub factors of participation satisfaction. The instructor influences on mental, educational, social, environmental and restful satisfaction and the facility influences on educational, social, physical and restful satisfaction. The operation influences on educational satisfaction. In conclusion, the participation satisfaction is related with service satisfaction, that is, service quality improvement.

본 연구는 스포츠센터 이용자들의 서비스 만족도와 참여만족도와의 관계를 규명하고자 스포츠센터 이용자들을 배경변인으로 서비스 만족도가 참여만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. A지역 스포츠센터 이용자를 대상 으로 임의표본추출(random sampling)법을 이용하여 203부의 설문지가 자료분석 이용되었다. 수집된 자료는 PASW WIN(ver. 23.0)을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석(Exploratory Factor Analysis), 신뢰도분석(Reliability Analysis), 빈 도분석(frequency analysis), 상관관계분석(Correlation Analysis), 회귀분석(regression analysis)을 실시하였으 며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 스포츠센터 서비스만족도는 참여만족도와 통계적으로 유의한 상관이 있다. 둘째, 스포츠센터 서비스 만족도는 참여만족도에 통계적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스 만족도의 하위요인 중 프로그램은 참여만족도 6개의 모든 하위요인에 영향을 미쳤다. 지도자는 심리적, 교육적, 사회적, 환경적, 휴식적 만족도 에 영향을 미치고, 시설은 교육적, 사회적, 신체적, 환경적, 휴식적 만족도에 영향을 미쳤다. 운영은 교육적만족도에 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 스포츠센터의 참여 만족도는 서비스 만족도, 즉 서비스 품질 향상과 관련이 있다.
