The purpose of this study was to empirically explore the relationship among pre-service teachers’passion for teaching, career adaptability and career preparation behaviors based on their experience of participation in educational donation for physical activities. For this purpose, this study selected 266 pre-service teachers with experience of educational donation for physical education field (registered) in universities of education located in Chungcheong and Gangwon Provinces as the participants of the study for data collection. Collected data were coded into the computer for statistical treatment required for data analysis, which was conducted by using statistical programs SPSS 23.0 version and AMOS 23.0 version suited for the purpose of this study. In addition, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted as a process of data analysis. Thereafter, the hypothesis was verified by conducting correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis on the study model. The conclusions drawn out from this study are as follows; That is, pre-service teachers’passion for teaching based on their experience of educational donation for physical activities is a crucial factor for successful career process in the curriculum for teachers and, thus, opportunities for teaching activities such as educational donation should be continuously provided for the teachers’successful career process.

이 연구는 예비교사의 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험에 따른 교육열정과 진로적응성 및 진로준비행동의 관계를 실증적으로 구명하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 충청·강원지역 소재 교육대학교에 재학 중인 예비교사 266명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 이들은 체육 분야 교육기부 참여 경험을 가지고 있었다. 수집된 자료는 자료 분석에 필요한 통계 처리를 위해 컴퓨터에 코딩하였으며, 통계프로그램 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 version을 이용하여 연구 목적에 맞게 분석하였다. 또한 자료 분석의 절차로써 우선 기술통계와 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석이 실시되었다. 이후 상관관계분석과 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 이에 따라 분석된 결론은 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 예비교사의 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험에 따른 교육열정은 진로적응성에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 둘째, 예비교사의 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험에 따른 진로적응성은 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 셋째, 예비교사의 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험에 따른 교육열정은 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 넷째, 예비교사 의 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험에 따른 진로적응성은 교육열정과 진로준비행동 사이에 간접매개 효과가 있었다. 따라서 이들 요인은 인과적인 관계가 있었다. 즉, 예비교사의 체육활동 교육기부 참여 경험에 따른 교육열정은 교사교육 과정에서 성공적인 진로 과정에 중요한 요인이었으며, 성공적인 진로 과정을 위해서는 교육기부와 같은 실제적 지도활동의 기회가 지속적으로 이루어질 수 있는 기회가 제공되어야 한다.
