The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between career barriers, career decision levels, and career preparation behavior of college majors to establish a social safety net. The subject of the study was a survey of 258 college students majoring in the department of police, firefighting, and sport at S University located in Chungcheongnam-do for about 15 days from September 15, 2020 to September 30, 2020. For data processing, Frequency Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation Analysis, and Structural Equation Model were performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. First, the career barriers of college majors had a significant influence on the level of career decision-making. Second, the career barriers of college majors had a significant influence on career preparation behavior. Third, the level of career decision-making of college majors had a significant effect on career preparation behavior.

이 연구의 목적은 사회안전망 구축을 위한 대학전공자의 진로장벽 지각과 진로결정수준 및 진로준비행동과의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 2020년 9월 15일 ~2020년 9월 30일까지 약 15일간 충청남도 지역에 소재한 S대학교의 경찰․소방․스포츠학과 전공 대학생들을 대상으로 편의표본 추출법을 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 258명이 설문조사에 참여하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS23.0과 AMOS23.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰 도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형을 실시하였다. 첫째, 대학전공자의 진로장벽은 진로결정수준에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 대학전공자의 진로장벽은 진로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 대학전공자의 진로결정수준은 진 로준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.
