In this study, the increase in the number of school violence every year was reviewed, and the effects of domestic factors on school violence's behavior were identified, and preventive measures were presented around the police's countermeasures. Problems that arise in parents as one way to address household environment factors require measures such as improving education programs for proper language habits at home, making it mandatory for parents and children to participate in education programs, introducing in-house school violence prevention education programs for dual-income couples, improving police experience-type education and strengthening procedural fairness in dealing with school violence issues. Accordingly, it is necessary to redefine educational alternatives and the role of police. In particular, measures to improve the school police officer system, which plays a pivotal role in school violence, include strengthening the number of years of service for school police officers and improving the test system, increasing manpower, enacting a manual for action guidelines for school police affairs, and granting police the right to end investigations when dealing with perpetrators of school violence. In addition, for school police officers, who used to be ordinary police officers, they have expertise in handling crimes such as flying, but the situation in which they cannot stably perform their work due to frequent personnel changes should be urgently improved.

본 연구에서는 해마다 증가는 학교폭력의 실태와 현황들을 고찰하고, 가정적 요인이 학 교폭력 가해행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 경찰의 대응방안을 중심으로 예방책을 제시하 였다. 가정환경 요인을 해소하기 위한 하나의 방법으로 부모에게서 나타나는 문제점들은 가정 에서의 바른 언어습관을 위한 교육 프로그램 개선, 부모와 자녀가 함께 참여하는 교육 프 로그램 참여 의무화, 맞벌이 부부에 대한 직장 내 학교폭력예방 교육 프로그램 도입, 경찰 의 체험 형 교육으로의 개선과 학교폭력의 문제의 처리에 있어 절차상 공정성이 강화하는 방안 마련 등의 대책이 요구된다. 이에 따라 교육적 대안과 경찰의 역할을 재정립할 필요 가 있다. 특히, 학교폭력에 있어서 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 학교전담경찰관제도의 개선방 안으로는 학교전담경찰관의 근무년수 강화 및 시험제도의 개선을 비롯하여 인력증원, 학교 전담경찰 업무의 행동지침 매뉴얼 제정, 학교폭력 가해자 처리시 경찰에게 수사종결권 부 여 등이 필요하다. 또한 일반 경찰관 경력으로 학교전담경찰관의 경우 비행 등 범죄를 체 계적이고 전문적으로 취급하는 것에는 전문성을 갖추고 있지만 자주 바뀌는 인사이동으로 안정적으로 업무를 수행할 수 없는 상황은 시급히 개선되어야 한다.
