The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of caregiver's human rights awareness on service quality in nursing care workers working in nursing facilities in the northern part of Gyeonggi Province, and to regulate the effects of human-centered care on the relationship between caregivers’ human rights awareness and service quality. For verification purposes. In order to achieve this research purpose, a total of 180 nursing care workers in elderly care facilities in northern Gyeonggi were analyzed. The purpose of this study is to study on the quality of care of caregivers and to examine the effects of human rights consciousness on service quality, and the caregivers provide care for the elderly and verify the moderating effect of human-centered care, thereby affecting the care quality of caregivers. The influencing factors were verified.

본 연구는 요양시설에서 노인돌봄을 제공하는 요양보호사의 인권의식이 서비스질에 미치는 영향과 인간중심 돌봄의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 분석하였다. 연구대상은 경기북부 노인요양시설 요양보호사 180명 을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 실시하고 위계적회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 요양시설 요양보호사들이 인 식하고 있는 인권의식은 서비스 질에 유의미한 영향이 있으며 인간중심돌봄도 서비스질에 통계적으로 유의미하 게 나타나 영향이 있음이 검증되었다. 또한, 인간중심돌봄이 요양보호사의 인권의식과 서비스 질에 조절 효과가 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 요양시설 서비스 질 향상을 위한 요양보호사의 인권의식을 높일 수 있 는 현실적 대한을 모색하기 위한 방안을 논의하였다. 또한 인간중심돌봄에 대한 모델을 돌봄서비스의 기본가치 로 발전시키기 위한 방안도 모색할 필요가 있음을 제언하였다.
