The study sought to examine the effects on job satisfaction of disabled workers. It used the data of 1,606 persons who answered to all of major (nominal) variables among 1,624 wage workers from the second wave data of the Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled of Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled (2018). Job satisfaction was affected by gender from general characteristics of disabled workers, types of their disability from their disability factors, average monthly income, types of employment, types of work, whether or not unions were established, safety/comfort of workplace from labor market factors. While acceptance of disability had an effect on job satisfaction, mediating effect was verified in that process: the aspects changed depending on average monthly income. In order to enhance the job satisfaction of disabled workers, the study suggested support and strengthening of development/allocation of suitable jobs considering characteristics of their disabilities, improvement of physical and workplace environment for them, more development of training jobs to develop human capital, introduction of programs for acceptance of disability.

본 연구는 근로장애인의 일자리만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 한국장애인고용공단(2018)의 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브 자료에서 임금근로자 1,624명 중 주요(명목)변수에 모두 응답한 1,606명의 자료 를 활용하였다. 근로장애인의 일반적 특성 중 성별, 근로장애인의 장애요인 중 장애유형, 근로장애인의 노동시장 요인 중에서 월평균 소득, 고용형태, 근무유형, 노동조합 설립 여부, 근무장소의 안전성과 쾌적성이 일자리만족 에 영향을 미쳤다. 장애수용은 일자리만족에 영향을 주지만 이 과정에서 월평균 소득에 따라 그 양상이 달라지 는 매개효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 근로장애인의 일자리만족을 높이기 위하여 장애특성을 고려한 적 합직무 개발 및 배치, 신체장애인을 위한 작업장 환경개선을 위한 물리적 환경개선, 인적자본 개발을 위한 훈련 직무 개발확대, 장애수용 프로그램 도입 등이 지원되고 강화되어야 함을 제안하였다.
