So far the discipleship training of Korean churches has focused on disciple fostering and disciple training to aim at church growth through the ministry of laymen and church workers. The mission plan through discipleship is based on the great command of Jesus Christ as mentioned in chapter 28 of Matthew. The mission plan through discipleship training is not to expand the church, but to obey the great command of sending. This discipleship training includes what all Christians think, love, and do, and is based on the determination of the consciousness and willingness to follow Jesus Christ possibly in all areas. To this end, the concept of discipleship training should be defined, and biblical discipleship training should be examined. Also, the discipleship training of the early church and the Korean church should be examined so as to study cases of mission activities through a change in the mission plan and discipleship training. Through these efforts, this study aims to find a missionary plan. The goal of the mission plan through discipleship training is not to pursue church growth in the Korean church, but to expand the kingdom of God in the world, the field of discipleship training. After Corona-19, in order to overcome the holistic crisis in the Korean church, we proposed a mission plan through effective discipleship training as follows: First, it is the elite minority training. Second, it is optional training. Third, it is intensive training. Fourth, it is exemplary training. In addition, the goals for effective discipleship training are as follows. First, guide disciples to reach maturity. Second, make disciples obey the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Third, let them practice love for neighbors. Fourth, let them work according to their gifts. Fifth, let them have a vision for ministry.

지금까지 제자훈련의 현주소는 한국교회에서 시행된 제자 양육과 제자훈련으로 교회 안에서 평신도 사역과 교회 일꾼으로서 교회성장을 위해 그 목적으로 이루어졌다. 제자훈련을 통한 선교 방안은 마태복음 28장에서 예수 그리스도의 지상명령에 근거한다. 제자훈련을 통한 선교 방안은 교회 확장이 아니라 보냄의 지상명령에 순종하는 것이다. 이러한 제자훈련은 모든 그리스도인들이 생각하고 사랑하고 행동하는 것을 포함하는 것으로써 가능한 모든 영역에서 예수 그리스도를 따르려는 의식과 의지의 결단이다. 기독교를 단순히 정보를 축적하는 것이 아니라 하나님의 지혜를 추구하여 믿음 안에서 자라가게 하는 것이 제자훈련이다. 그러기 위해 제자훈련에 대한 개념 정리와 함께 성경적인 제자훈련을 성찰하고 초대교회와 한국교회의 제자훈련을 살펴봄으로써 제자훈련을 통한 선교 방안의 변화, 제자훈련을 통한 선교 사례 연구와 제자훈련을 통한 선교 방안을 찾는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 제자훈련을 통한 선교 방안의 목표는 한국교회 안에서의 교회 성장을 추구하는 것이 아니라 제자훈련의 현장인 세상 가운데 하나님 나라의 확장을 위한 것이다. 코로나19 이후, 전인적인 한국교회 위기를 극복하기 위해 본 연구자는 효과적인 제자훈련을 통한 선교 방안을 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 소수 정예 훈련이다. 둘째, 선택 훈련이다. 셋째, 집중적인 훈련이다. 넷째, 모범 훈련이다. 또한 효과적인 제자훈련을 위한 목표는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성숙에 이르게 한다. 둘째, 성령님의 인도에 순종하게 한다. 셋째, 이웃사랑을 실천하게 한다. 넷째, 은사에 따라 사역하게 한다. 다섯째, 사역에 대한 비전을 갖게 한다.
