The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational characteristics of the New Normal era and to present the principle and method of family worship reflecting project-based learning. With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the outbreak of Corona19, our society is experiencing a new daily life in various areas, including education.The New Normal educational environment can be characterized by post-humanism, non-face-to-face educational environment, learner-centered educational environment, and competency-oriented education. In these times, the responsibility of parental faith education is highly emphasized. Traditionally, parents have been important subjects of faith education for their children. Through the Bible and the history of the church, parents' role of faith education is clearly revealed. Parents are the ones who have a decisive influence on their children's faith and personality. This is still important in the New Normal educational environment. Parents, in particular, should form God-centered values for their children through family worship. In that sense, family worship is an important means of faith transmission. Project-based family worship is conducted over a total of four weeks with one theme. In the first week, family members find the meaning of the text of the Bible through the Habruta education method as a step of Bible interpretation. In the second week, they find ways to practice the concepts shown in the Bible through empirical learning or creative problem-solving methods as the first stage of practice and practice them for a week. In the third week, the primary project is checked and the complex and sophisticated secondary project is executed in relation to the subject. In the fourth week, the final portfolio presents and evaluates by completing the entire four-week project as a stage of completion. This project-based family worship is a good way to achieve a holistic Christian growth in which family members actively participate. In order to establish a project-based family worship service in Korean churches, the establishment of an educational system linking the church with the family, the development of a project-based family worship curriculum, and the strengthening of the ability to deliver family worship through parents' education were suggested as priorities.

본 연구는 뉴노멀 시대의 교육적 특징을 분석하고 프로젝트 기반 학습을 반영한 가정예배의 원리와 방법을 제시하는 논문이다. 우리 사회는 4차 산업혁명의 도래와 코로나19의 발병으로 인해 교육 등 다양한 영역에서 새로운 일상을 맞이하고 있다. 인공지능과 사물 인터넷이 등장하는 포스트휴머니즘 시대를 살고 있으며 감염병의 확산으로 인해 비대면 교육환경이 빠르게 재편되고 있는 상황 속에 있다. 교육적으로는 학습자의 개인적 특성과 교육의 과정을 중요시하는 학습자 중심의 교육환경으로 변화되고 있고 문제풀이보다 문제 해결능력을 강조하는 역량중심의 교육이 시행되고 있는 시대에 살고 있다. 이러한 인간 중심적이고 기계 중심적인 시대에 기독교교육자는 다음 세대에게 기독교 신앙을 전수하여 신본주의적 가치관을 갖도록 해야 한다. 전통적으로 부모는 다음 세대 자녀 교육에 있어서 중요한 교육 주체였다. 성경과 교회사를 통해서 부모의 자녀에 대한 신앙 교육적 역할은 분명히 드러난다. 부모의 신앙 교육적 책임은 뉴노멀 교육환경 속에서도 여전히 중요하다. 특히 부모는 가정예배를 통해 자녀에게 하나님 중심적 가치관을 형성시켜주어야 한다. 그런 면에서 가정예배는 신앙전수의 중요한 수단이다. 다만 뉴노멀 시대의 가정예배는 프로젝트 기반학습을 반영한 예배로 바뀌어야 한다. 프로젝트 기반 가정예배는 한 주제를 가지고 총 4주간에 걸쳐 진행된다. 첫째 주에는 성경 이해의 단계로서 하브루타 교육방법을 통해 성경 본문의 의미를 찾는다. 둘째 주에는 실천원리 찾기 및 1차 실행 단계로서 경험학습이나 창의적 문제해결 방식을 통해 성경에 나타난 개념을 실천할 방법을 찾고 한 주일 동안 실행한다. 셋째 주에는 프로젝트 실행 단계로서 1차 프로젝트를 점검하고, 해당 주제와 관련하여 더욱 복잡하고 정교한 2차 프로젝트를 한 주일 동안 자신의 삶에서 실행한다. 넷째 주에는 프로젝트 완성 및 평가의 단계로서 4주간의 전체 프로젝트를 완성하여 최종 포트폴리오를 발표하고 평가한다. 이러한 프로젝트 기반 가정예배는 인도자 중심이 아닌 참여자 중심이어서 가족 구성원이 적극적으로 참여하게 되고 앎과 삶이 일치하는 전인적 신앙 성장을 이룰 수 있는 좋은 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 한국교회에 프로젝트 기반 가정예배를 정착시키는 방안으로 교회와 가정을 연계하는 교육체계 확립, 프로젝트 기반 가정예배 교육과정 개발, 부모 교육을 통한 가정예배 인도 역량 강화 등을 선결과제로 제시하였다.
