The impact of Covid-19, which has had a tremendous influence on Korean churches, is changing the pastoral field and the believers consciousness while we are not aware of it. Now, rather than resisting or adapting to the changing environment after the coronavirus, Korean churches should look back and reflect on the church community in still a world in the love and providence of God, and take an interest in the transformation of the believer's faith life. In particular, through active interpretation on the change, it is necessary to apply it on the pastoral field by analyzing the relationship between the way of life and the consciousness of faith of Korean Christian. They are adapting to the rapidly changing environment after the coronavirus and look for a new shape of the future church. This paper predicts the changes in the Korean church pastoral ecosystem after the coronavirus, and presents the theological basis for the possibility of relational and empathetic ministry in the non-face-to-face era through theological analysis of the challenges of digital culture.

한국교회에 엄청난 충격을 가져온 코로나의 영향은 우리가 미처 인식하지 못하는 동안 목회현장뿐 아니라 성도의 신앙의식을 변화시키고 있다. 이 제 한국교회는 코로나 이후 변화하는 목회 생태계의 변화에 저항하거나 단 순히 적응하기보다 여전히 하나님의 섭리 안에 있는 세계 속에서 교회공동 체를 돌아보고 성찰하며 목회현장에 대한 적극적 해석을 통하여 성도의 신앙생활의 전반과 목회적 대안들에 관심을 가져야 한다. 또한, 목회의 대상 으로서 성도들의 삶의 현장을 차분히 살피면서 코로나 이후 급변하는 환경 에 적응하며 신앙생활에 변화를 겪고 있는 성도들의 삶의 방식과 신앙형성 의 순환적 상관관계를 분석하여 코로나 이후 미래의 교회공동체의 모습을 새롭게 디자인하고 모색해야 한다. 엄밀한 의미에서 언콘택트/비대면 문화 는 초연결사회를 만들어가는 디지털 관계방식의 변화로 대면/콘택트문화와 분리되지 않는다. 인터넷 모바일 기기와 센서 기술 등의 발전으로 사람과 사물 등 모든 것이 네트워크로 연결된 사회에서 접촉을 줄어들지만, 접속은 다양한 네트워크를 통해서 증가 될 것이다. 특히 비대면 활동은 단순한 사 회적 거리를 두기라기보다 이미 시작된 디지털 문화와 고도기술사회가 지 향하는 중요한 방향이 되었다. 본 논문은 포스트 코로나 시대에 한국교회의 목회 생태계의 변화를 예측하면서 비대면 시대에 관계적 목회의 가능성과 디지털 문화의 도전에 대한 신학적 성찰을 통한 포스트 코로나 시대의 바람 직한 교회공동체 형성과 새로운 관계적 목회방식에 대한 제언이다.
