I will analyze invasion of privacy arising from the misuse and overuse of advanced information-technology related computers. First of all, I will make the meaning of privacy clear and then show the relationship between the advance of information-technology related computers and privacy. And, I will show why such cases of invasion of privacy in advanced information-technology society as collection, outflow and manipulation of personal data, hacking, spyware and employee surveillance are not able to be justified morally.

컴퓨터 관련 첨단 정보기술의 오용과 남용으로 발생하는 프라이버시 침해 문제를 분석 검토한다. 우선 “프라이버시”가 무엇을 의미하고, 컴퓨터 관련 정보기술의 발달과 그것의 관련성이 무엇인가를 밝힐 것이다. 이어서 첨단 정보기술사회의 프라이버시 침해 사례들 - 개인 정보 수집, 유출 및 조작, 해킹, 스파이웨어, 고용인 감시 등 -이 왜 도덕적으로 부당한가를 보일 것이다.
