The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of teaching that professors have noticed in their first grade regular teacher. Specifically, it is to grasp the overall flow of lectures, the structure of physical education class development and the intention that elementary teachers should pay attention to. This study collected the researcher's reflection diary, the structure of class development of the trainees, 40 workbooks about the contents of attention in the process, and the interviews with 4 teachers. The results of the analysis using the domain analysis and classification analysis of Spradley (1979) are as follows. First, the aspects of attention focused on the flow of teacher training were described. In the flow of teacher training, a general introduction, specific cases that were noted, and the educational meaning of those cases were described. Second, the core competencies of physical education and the direction of physical education were concretely presented. This is the part that derives what the learner needs to know in the physical education class and what the direction of the professor should be to reveal the learner's knowledge. The meaning of the core competencies and the direction of physical education, as well as the cases and meanings of attention were described. Third, as an educational aspect that can be revealed to learners as a result of teacher's instructional intention and intention, concrete examples and meanings of instructional development structure and attention to instruction are described. Finally, in the discussion of this study, the teaching intention of the instructor and the educational meaning and value of class practice were described so that it could be an implication for the direction of future research.

본 연구는 대학교수가 초등 1정 연수에서 주목한 교수 경험을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 강의의 전체적 인 흐름과 초등교사가 체육과 수업 전개구조 운영과 수업 주목하기를 해야 하는 의도를 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구 는 연구자의 성찰일지와 연수생들의 수업 전개구조와 그 절차의 과정에서 주목한 내용에 관한 학습지 40매 그리고 연수생 4명과의 인터뷰를 자료로 수집하였다. 수집한 자료를 Spradley(1979)의 영역 분석과 분류 분석을 토대로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교원연수의 흐름에서 주목한 내용을 기술하였다. 교원연수의 흐름에서는 개괄적 인 소개와 주목한 구체적인 사례 그리고 그 사례의 교육적 의미를 도출하였다. 둘째, 체육과 핵심역량과 체육교육 의 방향에서 주목한 내용을 제시하였다. 이는 체육수업에서 학습자가 알아야 할 내용은 무엇인지, 학습자의 앎을 드러내기 위해 교수의 방향은 어떠해야 하는지를 도출한 부분이다. 셋째, 교사의 수업 의도성과 의도성의 결과로 학습자에게 드러날 수 있는 교육적 측면으로 수업 전개구조와 수업 주목하기의 구체적 사례와 의미를 기술하였다. 본 연구의 논의에서는 교수자의 수업 의도와 수업실천이 지니는 교육적 의미와 가치를 기술하여 향후 연구의 방향 에 시사점이 될 수 있도록 하였다.
