초록

영어

Acephate is an organophosphorus pesticide and is used as a pesticide. It is mainly used to control aphids and is also used to control thrips. When heated and decomposed, it has the property of releasing toxic smoke containing oxides such as phosphorus, nitrogen, and sulfur. As a result of checking PDA, PDB, and pH to confirm the change in the growth amount of top mycelium according to the amount of acephate added, there was no significant difference between treatment groups in PDA. In the PDB, untreated live weight was 0.62g, dry weight 0.02g, pH 5.3, acetate 10ppm live weight 0.66g, dry weight 0.02g, pH 5.3 100ppm live weight 2.91g, dry weight 0.11g pH 5.8.
