In this study, I would like to analyze the performance of classes applied Flipped-Learning by looking at whether there were any differences in performance factors depending on background variables, in classes applied Flipped-Learining. The results of the study showed differences depending on background variables like gender, grade, college, and received credits inr the previous semester. In all performance factors, male students showed higher performance factors than female students, especially the highest difference in learning motivation and achievement. By grade, senior students showed higher performance factors than lower grades, and the difference in achievement level was the biggest. By college, the performance of the students who were in the College of Education were higher than those of other colleges in all performance factors, and the higher the previous semester's earned credits, the higher the performance factors. Based on these analysis results, we could see that in order to operate the classes efficiently, the professor should design the classes to enhance the effectiveness of the classes by taking into account the characteristics of the members who participate in the study, rather than focusing only on one performance factor, such as motivation.

본 연구에서는 플립드러닝이 적용된 수업 에서의 배경 변인별 성과요인의 차이가 존 재하는지를 살펴봄으로써 교수자가 수업을 설계함에 있어 고려할 점은 무엇인지 제시 하고자 했다. 이를 위해 전북소재 J대학의 설문지를 바탕으로 학습자의 배경 변인별 성과요인의 차이가 존재하는지 분석했다. 연구결과 성별, 학년별, 단과대학별, 직전학 기 취득학점별과 같은 배경 변인에 따른 차 이가 나타났다. 모든 성과요인에서 남학생 이 여학생보다 높게 나타났고, 특히 학습동 기와 성취도에서 가장 높은 차이가 나타났다. 학변별로는 고학년이 저학년보다 높은 성과요인을 나타냈고, 성취도의 차이가 가 장 크게 나타났다. 단과대학별로는 사범대 학이 모든 성과요인에서 다른 단과대학보다 높게 나타났고, 직전학기 취득학점이 높을 수록 성과요인이 높게 나타났다. 이런 분석 결과를 바탕으로 교수자는 효율적인 수업을 운영하기 위해 선행연구에서 드러난 것과 같이 학습동기 유발과 같은 하나의 성과요 인에만 집중하는 것이 아닌 학습에 참여하 는 구성원들의 배경 변인별 특징을 고려하 여 수업을 설계하고 운영함으로써 수업의 효과성을 높여야 함을 알 수 있었다.
