The supply chain is structured so that the various partners that make up the supply chain can best demonstrate their core competencies. Therefore, it is required to build a collaboration system between companies in the supply chain that can maximize the capabilities of each company. In this study, We proposes establishing a collaborative environment as an essential infrastructure to improve the performance of the global supply chain, and suggests trust as a prerequisite for establishing such a collaborative environment. This is because even if the companies in the same supply chain lack trust between companies, there is no meaning of collaboration. In addition, it is assumed that if a collaborative environment between companies is established, this will affect information sharing and real-time information access, thereby affecting operational performance and corporate competitiveness. As a result of analysis, it was found that trust between companies has a positive (+) effect on establishing a collaborative environment and sharing information, and a collaborative environment has a positive (+) effect on information sharing, real-time information sharing, and operational performance. In addition, information sharing and real-time information access also have a positive (+) effect on operational performance, and operational performance has a strong positive (+) impact on management performance. When discussing based on the results obtained in this study, collaboration with partners is essential for companies in the supply chain to improve performance. And for this collaboration mutual trust between organizations must be premised. The collaboration system can improve the company's performance by collaborating according to the partner's situation through information sharing and real-time information access.

공급사슬은 공급사슬을 구성하는 다양한 파트너가 자신들의 핵심역량을 최고로 발휘할 수 있 는 형태로 구성되어 있다. 따라서 각 기업의 역량을 최대한 발휘할 수 있는 공급사슬 구성기업 간 협업시스템(collaboration system)의 구축이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 글로벌 공급사슬의 성과를 향상하는 필수기반구조로서 협업환경구축을 제안하 고, 이러한 협업환경구축의 전제조건으로 신뢰를 제시하고 있다. 이는 같은 공급사슬 안에 포함 된 기업들이라고 하더라도 기업 간 신뢰가 부족하다면, 협업의 의미가 없기 때문이다. 또한 기 업 간 협업환경이 구축되었다면, 이는 정보공유 및 실시간 정보 접근을 원활하게 해줌으로써 운 영성과 및 기업경쟁력에 영향을 줄 것이라고 가정하고 있다. 분석 결과 기업간 신뢰는 협업환경 구축과 정보공유에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 협업환경은 정보공유 및 실시간 정보공유, 운영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정보공유와 실시간 정보 접근 역시 운영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 운영성과는 경영성과에 강한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 바탕으로 논의를 해보면, 공급사슬에 포함된 기업들이 보다 성과 를 향상하기 위해서는 거래파트너와의 협업이 필수적이다. 이런 협업을 위해서는 조직간 상호신 뢰가 전제되어야 하고, 협업시스템은 정보공유 및 실시간 정보 접근을 통해 거래파트너의 상황 에 맞춰 협업을 진행함으로써 기업의 성과를 향상할 수 있다.
