The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between career preparation behavior and satisfaction in major and the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy in the relationship between career preparation behavior and satisfaction in major .of college students in secretarial studies. To this end, SPSS 23.0 program was used to perform technical statistical analysis, and through multiple regression analysis, the effect relationship between variables was verified, and sobel verification was conducted to verify the mediating effect. The results of this study are as follows. As a result of examining the effect of career preparation behavior on career decision-making self-efficacy, it had a positive effect on the order of tooling activities, information gathering activities, and practical efforts. As a result of examining the effect of career preparation behavior on satisfaction in major, the static influence was confirmed in the order of information gathering activity and tool construction activity. No significant relationship was confirmed in practical efforts. As a result of examining the effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on major satisfaction, the static effects were confirmed in the order of future resolution, goal selection, and problem solving. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy in the relationship between career preparation behavior and satisfaction in major, partial mediating effect was confirmed. The implications of this study are as follows. It is important to increase the degree of satisfaction in major among college secretary students. Secretarial students have a high will to work, and need to provide practical information and education related to employment. Also, career preparation behavior and career decision-making self-efficacy must be dealt with importantly in order to increase satisfaction in major. In particular, it is necessary to pay much attention to students' self-efficacy in career decision-making by increasing their self-efficacy in order to help them decide, plan, and do well. Lastly, in order to increase career preparation behavior and career decision-making self-efficacy, efforts such as continuously providing the latest information related to majors and employment, also providing curriculum and extracurricular program activities in accordance with the latest trends of the company are necessary.

이 연구의 목적은 전문대학 비서과 학생들의 진로준비행동과 전공만족도의 관계를 살펴보고, 진로준 비행동과 전공만족도의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개역할을 살펴보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계 분석을 실시하고, 다중회귀분석을 통해 변인 간 영향관계를 검증하고, 매개변인이 매개효과가 있는지 검증하기 위해 Sobel 검증을 실시하여 매개효 과를 확인하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 진로준비행동이 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 도구구비활동, 정보수집활동, 실천적 노력의 순으로 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 진로준비행동이 전공만족도 에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 정보수집활동, 도구구비활동의 순으로 정적인 영향이 확인되었고, 실천 적 노력은 유의미한 관계가 확인되지 않았다. 진로결정자기효능감이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴 본 결과, 미래해결, 목표선택, 문제해결의 순으로 정적인 영향이 확인되었다. 진로준비행동과 전공만족 도의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 부분매개효과가 확인되었다. 이 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 전문대학 비서과 학생들의 전공만족도를 높이는 것은 중요하며, 비서과 학생들은 특히 취업에 관한 의지가 높아 취업과 관련한 실질적인 정보와 교육을 제공할 필요가 있다. 또한 진로준비행동과, 진로결정자기효능감은 전공만족도를 높이기 위해 중요하게 다루어져야 하 는데 특히 학생들이 스스로 진로행동의 방향을 결정하고, 계획하고, 잘할 수 있도록 믿음으로서 진로결 정자기효능감을 높여 이들의 전공만족도를 높이는 데 많은 관심을 기울일 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 진 로준비행동과 진로결정자기효능감을 높이기 위해 전공 및 취업 관련 최신 정보를 지속적으로 제시하 고, 교과 및 비교과 활동을 기업의 최신 트렌드에 맞게 제공하는 등의 노력이 필요하다.
