[Purpose] This thesis aims at offering profitable information helpful to participants in affirmative emotional response and immersion by examining the effective relationship among attraction, sports passion, and continuous sports performance of leaders recognized by university students majoring in golf, by standing out leader's importance, and by finding leader's ideal aspects. [Method] In October, 2019, this thesis distributed 300 copies of questionnaires to the students majoring in golf at 4 year universities located in Seoul and Gyeonggi districts, collected 273 copies, and analyzed SPSS 23.0 programs. [Result] This thesis studied drawn results. First, the attraction recognized by university students majoring in golf had a partial effect on the sports passion. Second, the attraction recognized by the university students majoring in golf had a partial effect on continuous sports performance. Third, the sports passion recognized by university students majoring in golf had a partial effect on continuous sports performance. [Conclusion] So, the leaders in sports fields who lead in the fronts have to effort to be attractive through communication by using the aspects, lingual as well as non-lingual, to enhance participant's functions and passions, and to recognize that they are important factors making sports continuous.

[목적] 본 연구는 골프전공 대학생이 지각한 지도자의 매력성과 운동열정, 운동지속수행의 영향 관계를 규명하여 지 도자의 중요성을 부각함과 동시에 이상적인 지도자의 면모를 찾아 참여자들의 긍정적인 감정반응과 몰입에 도움을 줄 수 있는 유익한 정보를 제공하고자 한다. [방법] 이를 위해 2019년 10월 서울 ․ 경기 지역의 4년제 대학에서 골프 를 전공하고 있는 학생들을 모집단으로 300부의 설문지를 배포하여 총 273부를 회수 후 SPSS 23.0 프로그램으로 최 종 분석하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 골프전공 대학생이 지각한 지도자의 매력성은 운동열정에 부 분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프전공 대학생이 지각한 지도자의 매력성은 운동지속수행에 부분 적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프전공 대학생이 지각한 운동열정은 운동지속수행에 부분적으로 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 따라서 일선 스포츠 현장 지도자는 참여자 간의 관계에 있어서 언어뿐만 아니 라 다양한 비언어적 소통을 이용한 커뮤니케이션을 통해 자신들을 보다 매력적으로 보이려는 노력이 필요하며, 이는 참여자들의 기능향상 및 열정을 높여 해당 운동을 지속적으로 수행하게 하는 중요한 변인임을 인식해야 할 것이다.
