The purpose of this study is to analyze difficulty element, D score, E score, Element group on total of 16 athletes, 8 athletes respectively, who made to final rounds of 2019 NSF and WC in parallel bars in order to examine the difference between the two groups and to enhance domestic gymnastics athletes performance of parallel bars. The research result was as follows. First of all, athlete group who made to NSF show D score of 5.76 ± 0.19, E score of 8.05 ± 0.37, and total score of 13.81 ± 0.38. On the other hand, athlete group who made to WC showed D score of 6.36 ± 0.14, E score of 8.29 ± 0.45, and total score of 14.65 ± 0.45. The two groups showed score difference of 0.84. Secondly, both groups preferred D value. However, while NSF group performed more A, B, and C Value that are evaluated as low value, WC group performed more E and F Value evaluated as high value. Third, EGⅣ Dismounts Skill, while all 8 athletes in NSF group performed double salto backward pike in D value, 7 athletes in WC group performed double salto forward tucked with 1/2 turn or 1/2 turn double salto backward in F value. Such research result is expected to be utilized as a basic material for parallel bar which remains in plateau phenomenon.

본 연구는 2019년 NSF그룹과 WC그룹 평행봉 종목 결승경기에 진출한 선수 8명씩 총 16명을 대상으로 난도요 소, D score, E score, EG 등을 분석하여 두 그룹 간의 차이점을 알아보고 우리나라 평행봉 종목 경기력 향상을 목적으로 진행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, NSF그룹의 시작점수는 5.76 ± 0.19, 실행점수는 8.05 ± 0.37, 최종점수는 13.81 ± 0.38, WC그룹의 시작점수는 6.36 ± 0.14, 실행점수는 8.29 ± 0.45, 최종점수 14.65 ± 0.45로 나타나 두 그룹 간 0.84점의 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 두 그룹 모두 D난도를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 저난도로 평가되는 A, B, C난도는 NSF그룹이 높은 반면 고난도로 평가되는 E, F난도는 WC그룹이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, EGⅣ 내리기 기술을 NSF그룹은 D난도의 몸 접어 뒤 공중 두 바퀴 돌기 기술을 8명 전원이 실시하였지만, WC그룹은 F난도의 몸 굽혀 앞 공중 두 바퀴 돌며 1/2 비틀기 혹은 몸 굽혀 1/2 비틀어 뒤 공중 두 바퀴 돌기 기술을 7명이 실시하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 고원현상에 머물러 있는 평행봉 종목에 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
