The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the relationship among guidance type by taekwondo coach, satisfaction of training, and intention of re-registration. The subjects of this study were to distribute and collect 250 copies using the convenient sampling method for trainees using Taekwondo studio in Seoul, and 234 copies were analyzed excluding 16 of them. The measurement tool of this study is the questionnaire district court, the guidance type the questionnaire used by Choi(2010), the satisfaction of training and the intention of re-registration is the questionnaire used by Lee(2012). I used the revised and supplemented questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 18.0, and the conclusions are as follows. The first. the guidance type of Taekwondo coach has a significant influence on training of satisfaction. Second, the guidance type of Taekwondo coach has a significant influence on intention of re-registered. Third, training satisfaction of Taekwondo trainees has a significant influence on intention of re-registered.

이 연구는 태권도 지도자의 지도유형과 수련만족 및 재등록의사의 관계를 규명하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 대상은 서울 소재 태권도장을 이용하는 수련생을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 250부를 배포, 회수하고 이 중 16부를 제외한 234부를 분석하였다. 이 연구의 측정도구는 설문지이며 지도유형은 최태호(2010)가 사용한 설문지를, 수련만족 과 재등록의사는 이병채(2012)가 사용한 설문지를 수정보완하여 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 버전 18.0을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구방법 을 토대로 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째. 태권도 지도자의 지도유형은 수련만족에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 태권도 지도자의 지도유형은 재등록의사에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 태권도 수련생의 수련만족은 재등록의사에 유의한 영향을 미친다.
