This study aims to analyze consumers’ selection factors for the revitalization of the martial arts training of the students majoring in police and security services and draw the relative importance and priority among the selection factors. First, the upper layer consisted of facility environmental factors, training environmental factors, training process factors, human resource factors, and instruction attitude factors, and as a result of an analysis, the relative importance and priority were highest in instruction attitude factors, followed by training process factors, human resource factors, training environmental factors, and facility environmental factors. Second, in the lower layer, the most important factors were the location and accessibility of the gym in the facility environmental factors; training atmosphere in the training environmental factors; the appropriateness of contents and methods of education in the training process factors; instructor’s understanding of students in the human resource factors; and attitude toward students in the instruction attitude factors. Third, of 24 factors of consumers’ selection for the revitalization of the martial arts training of the students majoring in police and security services, five factors constituted the upper factors, including attitude toward students, the reflection of students’ opinions, individually-customized education, instructor’s understanding of students, and the understanding of male and female students.

본 연구는 경찰경호학생의 무도수련 활성화를 위한 수요자의 선택요인을 분석하고 선택요인 간의 상대적 중요도 와 우선순위를 도출하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 첫째. 상위 계층에서는 시설 환경요인, 수련 환경요인, 수련 과정요인, 인적 자원요인, 지도 태도요인으로 구성하였으며, 상대적 중요도 및 우선순위는 지도태도요인, 수련과정요인, 인적자원 요인, 수련환경요인, 시설환경요인의 순으로 분석결과 나타났다. 둘째. 하위계층의 시설환경요인에서는 체육관의 위치와 접근성이 수련환경요인에서는 수련 분위기, 수련과정요인에서는 교육내용 및 방법의 적절성, 인적자원요인에서는 지도 자의 학생 이해도, 지도태도요인에서는 학생을 대하는 태도가 가장 중요한 요인으로 도출되었다. 셋째 경찰경호 학생의 무도수련 활성화를 위한 수요자 선택요인 총 24개 중 학생을 대하는 태도, 학생의 의사반영, 개인별 맞춤 교육, 지도자의 학생 이해도, 남녀 학생의 대한 이해도의 순으로 5개 요인들이 상위 요인으로 구성되었다.
