The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship among college life adaptation, career stress, career identity, and career preparation behavior of students majoring in college physical education and to suggest the importance of college life adaptation and the necessity of career preparation behavior of students majoring in college physical education. The data of 326 physical education majors of universities across the country were used for actual analysis, and the following results were derived by conducting exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using PASW22.0. In conclusion, the burden of major learning and the personal psychological adaptation of overall college life among the factors of college life adaptation of college physical education majors were a lot of burden on career stress, and the career preparation behavior of the physical education major who can utilize the social relation network about career decision is smoothly performed.

본 연구에서는 대학체육전공자 학생들의 대학생활적응, 진로스트레스, 진로준비행동 관계를 분석하여 대학체육 전공자의 대학생활적응의 중요성과 진로준비행동의 필요성을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 전국 대학의 체육전공자 326명의 자료가 실제분석에 사용되었고, PASW22.0 을 통해 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분 석을 수행하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육전공자의 대학생활적응 변수 중 학업적대학생활적응 요인과 심리적 대학생활적응 요인이 진로스트레스 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 체육전공자의 대학생활적응 변수 중 사회관계적대학생활적응 요인과 심리적대학생활적응 요인이 진로준비노력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났고, 학업적대학생활적응 요인과 사회관계적대학생활적응이 진로탐색요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으 며, 사회관계적대학생활적응 요인이 진로상담 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 체육전공자의 진로 스트레스 요인이 진로준비행동 요인의 진로준비노력 요인과 진로상담 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.
