The purpose of this study is to suggest the correct direction of school sports club management by identifying the causal relationship between the types of school sports club leaders (transactional leadership, transformational leadership) and school life satisfaction for elementary school student. For this purpose, 3 elementary school students in grades 5 and 6 in k, Gyeongsangbuk-do, were selected as a population and 523 copies were used for statistical analysis. Data processing of this study used SPSS 23.0 Version statistics package for window. As a result of analyzing the influence on school life satisfaction according to the leadership type, the transformational leadership among sports club leaders' leadership types has a positive effect on school life satisfaction and sub-factors. Therefore, if leaders lead with transformative leadership, students will be very satisfied with school life. This study suggests for the efficient management of sports clubs.

본 연구는 초등학생을 대상으로 학교스포츠클럽 지도자의 리더십 유형(거래적리더십, 변혁적리더십)과 학교생 활만족도 사이의 인과적 관계를 규명함으로써 학교스포츠클럽 운영의 올바른 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구 에서는 학교스포츠클럽지도자의 리더십 유형이 학교생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 경상북도 K시 소재의 3개 초등학교 5,6학년에 재학 중인 학생들을 모집단으로 설정하였으며, 설문지 600부를 배부 후 회수된 설문지 중 누락되 거나 오류가 있는 설문지를 제외한 523부를 통계분석에 사용하였다. 연구결과 리더십 유형의 인식에 따라 학교생활 만족 도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 리더십 유형 중 변혁적 리더십이 학교생할 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 즉, 학생들이 느끼는 선생님의 변혁적 리더십이 높을수록 학교생활 만족도가 높아진다.
