The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of career education program using e-Portfolio on elementary school students. The subjects of this study were the upper grades of S elementary school in Yongin. A total of 50 subjects were studied. 25 were experimental group and 25 control group. As a test tool, a career development test tool for elementary school students developed by Jongbeom Lee(2006) was used. The experimental group received 12 career education programs using the ePortfolio, while the control group conducted traditional career education in the same session. An independent sample t-test showed that the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant. In order to confirm the degree of career development according to preand postdevelopment, the two groups additionally conducted a t-test. As a result, e-Portfolio career education program showed statistically significant career development in comparison with traditional career education program in selfawareness, academic and job search, and career planning. In conclusion, this study found that elementary school students who participated in career education programs using e-Portfolio had a significant effect on the improvement of career development as compared to the control group. As a result of this study, career education program using e-Portfolio is one educational method that can contribute to the improvement of career development of elementary school students.

이 연구의 목적은 e-포트폴리오를 활용한 진로교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로발달에 미치는 효과 를 알아보는 데 있다. 연구의 대상은 경기 용인지역 S초등학교에 재학하고 있는 고학년들로 하였다. 담 임교사의 협조를 구한 후, 두 개의 반(실험반ㆍ비교반)을 선택하여 총 50명을 피험자 집단으로 선정하 고, 이를 다시 25명의 실험집단과 25명의 비교집단으로 나누었다. 12주간의 진로교육 프로그램을 실시 한 후, 이종범(2005)이 개발한 초등학생용 진로발달 검사도구를 사용하여 t-test를 실시하였다. 실험집 단에는 e-포트폴리오를 활용한 진로교육 프로그램을 12회기 실시하였으며, 비교집단에는 paper포트 폴리오 진로교육 프로그램을 동일한 회기로 실시하였다. 두 가지 프로그램은 포트폴리오의 방식이 다를 뿐 내용은 동일하게 구성하였다. 독립표본 t검증을 실시한 결과, 사후검사에서 두 집단의 차이는 통계적 으로 유의하지 않음이 확인되었다. 이에 두 집단이 사전사후에 따라 어느 정도의 요인별 진로발달이 이루어졌는지 확인하기 위하여 대응표본 t-test를 추가적으로 실시하였다. 분석결과, 자아인식, 학업ㆍ직업탐색, 진로계획 모두에서 e-포트폴리오 진로교육 프로그램이 paper 중심의 진로교육 프로그램에 비하 여 통계적으로 유의한 향상이 확인되었다. 결론적으로 이 연구는 e-포트폴리오를 활용한 진로교육 프로 그램이 기존 paper 중심의 전통적인 진로교육 프로그램보다 초등학생들의 진로발달에 있어서 편리하고 경제적인 교육방법임을 시사해준다고 할 수 있다.
