This study examined the trends of work ethics research using keyword network analysis. The data for this study were keywords in articles from 2002 to 2019 containing ‘work ethics’ retrieved from the KCI database, which provides a range of academic information on domestic articles. Finally, 565 related studies were selected from the KCI list of academic articles, and 2,495 keywords were extracted by refining the keywords. The collected data were subjected to a refinement process, and 44 keywords were selected based on the word frequency. The selected keywords were converted to matrix data and analyzed by social network analysis. The analysis method used in this study was frequency analysis, degree centrality, closeness centrality, betweenness centrality, use of keywords for analyzing the main concepts of the research. The results of this study were as follows. First, work ethics, ethics, education, and professional job were among the most frequently used keywords. Second, job, ethics, professional job, education, expertise and job satisfaction showed the highest degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality, except for work ethics. Third, the keyword network was visualized. Based on an analysis of the keyword network analysis index, this study diagnoses the past and present of work ethics research.

이 연구의 목적은 네트워크 분석을 통해 국내 직업윤리 연구의 동향과 특성을 파악하기 위한 것이었 다. 연구대상은 한국학술지인용색인에서 2002년에서 2019년까지의 ‘직업윤리’를 검색어로 한 연구논문 중 등재지와 등재후보지의 연구물 656편을 최종 선정하였으며, 2,495개의 저자키워드를 추출하였다. 출 현빈도에 근거한 ‘직업윤리’ 연구의 주요 저자키워드를 분석하였으며, 8회 이상 사용된 저자키워드들을 대상으로 하여 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 저자키워드 네트워크 분석지표인 연결중심성, 근접중심성, 매개중심성 분석을 활용하여 직업윤리 연구의 동향을 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업윤리 관련 연구는 직업윤리, 윤리, 교육, 전문직, 변호사, 직업기초능력, 직업, NCS 등을 주제로 하는 연구가 가장 활발하였다. 둘째, 저자키워드 중심성 분석결과, 직업윤리, 윤리, 직업, 교육, 전문직, 전문성, 직무만족은 연결ㆍ근접ㆍ매개중심성이 모두 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 가치, 의사 저자키워드는 연결강도가 높아 연결중심성이 높았고, 치위생사, 의료윤리 등의 저자키워드는 근접중심성이 높아 다른 저자키워드와 가깝게 위치하며, 교육과정, 분석, 보육교사 등의 저자키워드는 다른 저자키워드 사이에 위치하여 매개역 할을 하고 있었다. 넷째, 직업윤리 연구는 그룹별로 ‘교육, 도덕, 전문직, 직업의식, 윤리강령’ 등이 관련되 어 연구되고 있었으며, ‘직업, 직무만족, 전문성’ 등이 관련되어 있었고, ‘NCS, 교육과정, 대학생’ 등이 관 련되어 연구되었으며, ‘변호사, 로스쿨, 자율성’ 등의 주제가 연관되어 연구되고 있었다.
