Recently, as interest in smart factories has increased rapidly, there have been studies on intention to use, but research on utilization has been minimal. In this study, the quality of smart factory, efficiency of smart factory, and utilization of smart factory were examined based on the companies that have introduced the smart factory system. Specifically, we examined how system quality, information quality, and service quality of smart factories played a mediating role in work efficiency and decision-making efficiency in relation to the use of smart factories. Among the quality of smart factories, system quality and information quality seemed to have a positive effect. The efficiency of the smart factory seemed to have a positive effect on the utilization of the smart factory's task efficiency and decision-making efficiency. In addition, the system quality was found to have a positive effect on the utilization of smart factories. This shows that if the system quality is excellent, it can affect the utilization of the smart factory system without the mediating effect of the efficiency of the smart factory.

최근, 스마트팩토리에 대한 관심이 급증하면서, 사용의도에 대한 연구들은 있었지만, 활용도에 대한 연구는 미미하였다. 본 연구에서는 현재 스마트팩토리 시스템을 도입한 회사들을 토대로 스마트팩토리 품질, 스마트팩 토리 효율성, 스마트팩토리에 대한 활용도를 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 말하자면, 스마트팩토리의 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질이 스마트팩토리 활용과의 관계에서 업무효율성과 의사결정효율성에 어떠한 매개적 역할 을 하였는지를 살펴보았다. 스마트팩토리의 품질 중 시스템품질과 정보품질은 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 보였 다. 스마트팩토리의 효율성은 스마트팩토리의 업무효율성과 의사결정효율성의 스마트팩토리의 활용도에 긍정 적 영향을 미친 것으로 보였다. 또한 시스템품질은 스마트팩토리활용에 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 이는 시스템 품질이 뛰어나면 스마트팩토리의 효율성의 매개효과 없이도 스마트팩토리 시스템 활용도에 영향 을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
