The social distancing caused by Corona 19 is affecting all industries and it’s accelerating non-face-to-face and digital transformation. At this huge social turning point, the demand for homeschooling in the field of education is increased and the edutech's interest in enhancing the effectiveness of education using ICT technology is growing. In addition, according to the Digital New Deal policy announced by the government recently, a great digital transformation is foretold, and the wave of change is creating an environment in which anyone can use high-quality Open data. This paper aims to resolve the imbalance of educational opportunities and explore the possibility of new digital contents by proposing an educational application platform using open data in the growing online content market. The openness of abundant open data and digital technology by the construction of a data dam is expected to become a priming water that anyone can easily and conveniently provide and use educational content services.

코로나 19로 인한 사회적 거리두기는 비대면화와 디지털 전환을 가속화 시키며 전 산업 분야에 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 거대한 사회적 전환점에서 교육 분야는 홈스쿨링 수요가 급증하였고 ICT기술을 활용하여 교 육의 효과를 높이는 에듀테크의 관심이 커지고 있다. 또한 최근 정부가 발표한 디지털 뉴딜 정책 따라 디지털 대 전환이 예고되고 그 변화의 물결로 누구나 양질의 공공데이터를 활용할 수 있는 환경이 조성되고 있다. 본 논문은 날로 커지는 온라인 콘텐츠 시장에서 공공데이터를 활용한 교육용 어플리케이션 플랫폼 제안을 통해 교육 기회의 불균형을 해소하고 새로운 디지털콘텐츠의 가능성을 모색하고자 하였다. 데이터 댐 구축에 따른 풍부한 공공데이 터 개방과 디지털 기술은 앞으로 누구나 쉽고 편리하게 교육 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공하고 이용할 수 있는 마중물이 될 것으로 기대된다.
