The purpose of this study is to investigate how the educational system for actor training works and how to improve it. The research method was qualitative research through literature search. Based on the findings of this study, the following conclusions should be made. An actor is a person who learns acting and expresses the role given in the work. The roles provided in the scenario vary according to the ability of the actor, and the completeness of the work may vary. Yet another variable is in the culture. The extent to which human emotions are stimulated depends on the culture. Therefore, the problem of how to express the role given to an actor needs to be understood not only in the role given to the actor but also in what culture the public who is watching a particular work belongs and what language they are using. Therefore, it is necessary to understand not only the dialogue provided in the learning scenario, but also the cultural characteristics of the area, and learn how to express it. It gives the public a feeling of appreciation and negative perception depending on how they express the same contents. Thus, a systematic educational system must be based on learning the language, culture, and lifestyle of a specific area in advance and digesting the given role. In the end, both the success of the actor and the success of the work can be seen as determined by the actor's ability, but it should not be overlooked that the foundations depend on the educational system. Eventually, education becomes the basis for deciding the success of the actor and the work. A good actor to make a good work, that is, a good actor must be there, and a good actor is not born but made. In other words, the actor training system becomes the soil that good actors make. Therefore, the analysis of the actor training system and efforts to solve the problems are not excessive. This study aims to explore the problems of the education system for actor training and to bring about changes in the direction and awareness for the situation of the times and preemptive response.

이 연구는 배우 양성을 위한 교육 시스템이 어떻게 작용하고 있으며, 이에 대한 개선점을 무엇인가를 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 문헌탐색을 통한 질적 연구로 이루어졌다. 이 연구에서 검토한 내용들을 토대로 다음과 같은 내용으로 결론을 대신하고자 한다. 배우란 연기를 배워서 작품에서 주어진 배역을 표현하는 사람이다. 시나리오에서 제공되는 배역은 배우의 역량에 따라 그 표현수준이 달라지며, 작품의 완성도가 달라질 수 있다. 그러나 그 외의 또 다른 변수는 문화권에 있다. 인간의 감성을 자극하는 정도 는 문화권에 따라 달라질 수 있다는 것이다. 따라서 배우에게 주어진 배역을 어떻게 소화하여 표현할 것 인가에 대한 문제는 배우가 주어진 배역뿐만 아니라 특정 작품을 보는 대중들이 어떤 문화권에 속해 있 는지, 어떤 언어를 사용하고 있는지를 파악할 필요가 있다. 따라서 배우는 시나리오에서 제공되는 대사 뿐만 아니라 해당지역의 문화적 특성을 이해하고, 언어적 표현방식을 학습해야 한다. 동일한 내용이라도 어떻게 표현하느냐에 따라서 대중에게 정감을 주기도 하고, 부정적 인식을 주기도 한다는 점이다. 이렇 듯 특정 지역의 언어와 문화, 생활양식까지 모두 사전에 습득하고, 주어진 배역을 소화하기 위해서는 체 계적인 교육시스템이 기반이 되어야 한다. 결국 배우의 성공이나 작품의 성공은 모두 배우의 역량에 따 라 결정된다고 볼 수 있지만, 그 토대는 교육시스템에 달려있다는 점을 간과해서는 안 된다. 결국 교육이 배우와 작품의 성공을 결정짓는 토대가 된다는 것이다. 좋은 작품이 만들어지기 좋은 배우 즉, 훌륭한 배 우가 있어야 하고, 훌륭한 배우는 태어나는 것이 아니라 만들어진다는 것이다. 다시 말하면, 배우 양성 교육시스템이 훌륭한 배우는 만들어 내는 토양이 된다는 것이다. 따라서 배우 양성시스템에 대한 분석과 문제점에 대한 해소를 위한 노력은 아무리 해도 지나치지 않는다. 더욱 적극적으로 이루어져야 한다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 배우 양성을 위한 교육시스템의 문제점을 탐색하여 시대 상황과 선제적 대응을 위한 방향제시와 인식의 변화를 가져오는데 목적을 둔다.
