This study can be said that Sam Mendes' masterpiece <1917>, which was nominated for 10 awards at the 92nd Academy Awards, is a work that utilizes both knowledge-based industrial films and cinematic techniques so far. The 77th Golden Globe Award and the director's award, <1917>, was pushed by “parasites” and stayed at the 92nd Academy Awards, including shooting awards, sound mixing awards, and visual effects. However, <1917> is a very well-made film that can praise the film technology as perfect. In this film, the technique of ‘One Continuous Shot (a shooting technique made like a continuous shooting scene by attaching a series of scenes so that there is no cut scene)’ was used. In realism, the time of ‘long take’ refers to the time of events. One Continuous Short is one of the characteristics of ‘long take’ technique. This is because the director does not trust the actor who is not trained from the beginning. The growing development of technology in the digital media era may embarrass actors with the requirements of a new and heterogeneous environment at times. So it is a very important reason why research and actor training of the technological progress of the film are essential. The era of film-making was not just a long time ago, but now the parts that were difficult to express at that time are becoming easier, more sophisticated, and more diverse. If the expression of an actor is satisfied by combining the necessary skills in this era, the better result of the movie performance can be expected.

이 연구는 영화 92회 아카데미 시상식 10개 부문 노미네이트에 올랐던 샘 멘데스 감독의 대작 <1917> 은 지식 기반 산업 시대의 영화, 혹은 지금까지의 영화적 기술을 모두 활용한 작품 이라고 표현 할 수 있 다. 제 77회 골든 글로브 작품상, 감독상을 받은 영화 <1917>은 <기생충>에 밀려 제 92회 아카데미 시상 식에서는 촬영 상, 음향 믹싱 상, 시각 효과상등 3관왕에 머물렀다. 하지만, <1917>에서는 영화 기술적으 로 완벽하다는 찬사를 보낼 수 있는 아주 잘 만들어진 영화이다. 이 영화에서는 ‘원 컨티뉴어스 쇼트(One Continuous Shot, 컷된 장면이 없게끔 일련의 장면들을 이어 붙여 하나의 연속촬영 장면처럼 만든 촬영 기법)’라는 기법을 사용하였다. 사실주의 입장에서는 ‘롱 테이크’의 시간은 곧 사건의 시간을 말한다. 원 컨티뉴어스 쇼트는 ‘롱 테이크’ 기법의 특징 중 하나이다. 훈련이 되어 있지 않은 배우를 감독은 처음부 터 신뢰를 하지 않는다. 디지털 미디어 시대에서 점점 늘어가는 기술의 발달은 배우에게 때로는 새롭고 이질적인 환경의 요건으로 난처함을 줄 수도 있다. 그래서 영화의 기술적 진보의 연구와 배우 훈련이 이 시대에 꼭 필요한 이유이다. 필름으로 영화를 찍었던 시대가 불과 오래전의 일이 아닌데 지금은 그 당시 표현하기 힘들었던 부분들이 이제는 더욱 쉬워지고 있고, 정교하며, 다양해지고 있다. 배우의 연기 표현 도 이 시대에 필요한 기술을 융합하여 충족 시켜질 경우 더욱 좋은 영화연기 결과를 기대 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 영화 <1917>의 영화 제작과 기술적 특징을 분석하고 영화 연기의 테크닉에 적용되는 특징을 찾아 내는 연구이다. 그래서 본 연구의 목적은 현장에서 연기를 지도받는 배우들과 신인 및 연기 지망자들에 게 꼭 필요한 기술을 작품에 비추어 설명 할 것이다.
