This study examined the impact of perceived organizational support for career development on employees’ service quality in service firms. This study also examined moderating effect of psychological ownership to job. We introduced social exchange theory to explain the relationship between independent variables and a dependent variable. We also introduced career motivation theory to explain the moderating effect of psychological ownership to job. To examine hypotheses, we collected the data from 485 flight crews in a large airlines of South Korea. The results of regression analysis showed that flight crew’s perceived organizational support for career development was positively related to service quality. The results of moderated regression analysis showed that the relationship between flight crews’ perceived organizational support for career development and service quality was stronger when his psychological ownership to job was higher. We also discussed limitations and further research directions.

본 연구는 한국대학생의 경영학 교육 물적 환경요인이 행동의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 검증하고자 하는 목적을 지닌다. 한국 대학생들의 교육을 받는데 있어서 많은 것에 영향을 받게 된다. 특히 한국의 각 경영대학에서는 정보산업의 발전으로 인하여 많은 도구를 이용한 학습을 중요시 하고 있다. 여기서 경영학을 공부하는 학생들 역시 물적 환경요인이 교육을 받는데 있어서 중요하다고 생각할 것이다. 그러므로 이러한 물적 환경요인이 학생들의 행동 의도와 어떠한 관계를 갖는지에 대해 연구하였다. 한국의 경영대학의 교육에 관심이 있는 사람을 170명을 대상으로 하여 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과, 물적 환경요인이 행동의도에 영향을 미친다는 가설은 채택되었다. 또한 하위 가설인 접근성과 충성도, 편의성과 구전의도 그리고 안정성과 구전의도는 기각 되었지만, 대부분의 가설은 채택되어 유의한 관계를 보였다. 이러한 연구의 결과와 연구의 의의, 한계 및 추후연구관제에 대해서 논의 하였다.
