This paper is a comparative analysis of the creation myths of Korea(mainland, Jeju Island) and the mythical elements(mytheme) of the creation myths of the Mường in Vietnam and the worldview and values ​​that are captured there. The research subjects are (Mainland), (Jeju Island) in Korea, and of the Mường in Vietnam. The main research method is to compare and analyze the differences seen by common mythemes and the worldview and values ​​in creation mythology. As a result of comparative analysis, several common mythemes including opening of Heaven and earth, the emergence of the Genesis god, the marriage of the Genesis god, the adjustment of the sun and the moon, the creation of human beings, the origin of water and fire, the competition for ownership of the human world and the punishment of wicked people (including monster, Evil spirits) are confirmed. However, significant differences are found in worldviews and values. The creation myth of Korea leads to the genealogy of creation and human ethics, and shows a world view that values ​​it. Vietnam's creation myth shows the genealogy of the creation and the human origin, and emphasizes the importance of the relationship. And It shows a worldview that emphasizes cooperation and cooperation between the 'sky-ground', 'water-cosmic tree', 'earth-human village', and 'animal-human' pairs. As a result, Korea's creation myth shows values ​​that emphasize results rather than process, and Vietnam's creation myth shows values ​​that emphasize process rather than results.
