Blockchain technology, which started in Bitcoin, is expected to be applied to all areas of society. Blockchain is expected to increase its utilization in the field of culture and arts, including copyright management; various experiments and studies are already underway in music and art genres. In this paper, we looked at the concept and characteristics of blockchains and predicted on the basis of discussions in different genres about how this will affect the future value of the dance copyright. Blockchain application in the dance sector will make the copyright registration process more transparent, reduce costs, and make copyright management more precise. The ability of dance creators and users to directly trade without the involvement of distributors will increase the economic profits of creators and reduce the cost burden of users, ultimately boosting the use of works. Although blockchain technology is now in its early stages of being introduced into each area of society, it is expected that a virtuous cycle structure that satisfies both dance creators and users will be established.

비트코인에서 시작된 블록체인 기술이 사회의 모든 영역에 적용될 것으로 예상되고 있다. 블록체인은 저작권 관리를 비롯하여 문화예술 분야에서도 활용도가 증가할 것으로 보이는데, 이미 음악이나 미술 장르에서는 다양한 실험과 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 블록체인의 개념과 특성을 알아보고 이것이 무용저작권의 미래가치에 어떤 영향을 미칠 것인지에 대해 다른 장르에서의 논의를 토대로 전망해 보았다. 무용 분야에 블록체인이 적용되면 저작권 등록 과정이 투명해지고 비용이 절감되며, 저작권 관리도 보다 정밀해질 것이다. 유통업자의 개입 없이 무용 창작자와 이용자가 직접 거래할 수 있게 되면서 창작자의 경제적 수익이 늘어나고 이용자의 비용 부담이 감소하여, 궁극적으로 저작물 이용이 활성화될 것이다. 지금은 블록체인 기술이 사회의 각 영역에 도입되기 시작하 는 초기 단계이지만, 무용 창작자와 이용자 모두가 만족하는 선순환 구조가 정착될 것으로 기대된다.
