The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of medical institutions' introduction of ERP. This study was conducted for hospitals in Busan area. The study was conducted using the questionnaire method from December to February 2018. The research was based on 200 questionnaires. As a result, it seems that all divisions cooperate well in reflecting the opinions of departments and establishing medical management information system. The result of reflecting the sharing of work between divisions is "normal" only in the department of a hospital administration. The remaining departments reported that work sharing was well reflected. Business process improvement in the analysis of the expected effects and the seniority of the economics of health information systems was high. As a result of questionnaire survey on expectations of management efficiency by establishing each department and medical management system More than 90% answered that management efficiency is high, The results of the improvement of customer service between departments and the medical management system responded that customer service improvement will be achieved. 83% of the respondents said that they expect the improvement of financials between departments to be high because of the establishment of medical management system, The interdepartmental business activity system department, the medical management system, and the management information activity system between departments also showed a positive opinion of 99%. opinions about internal systems were expressed by 60% or more.97% of the external system division between the departments and the medical system management system had an opinion on the external system, These results seem to be satisfied with the introduction of ERP in medical institutions.
