This study examines the effects of marketing, production, and commercialization capacity of SMEs, which are the technology commercialization capacities of Korean SMEs, on the improvement of competitiveness of products and the development of new technologies/new products. In order to find out whether the adjustment effect of the technology commercialization ability of investors on the R&D achievement is observed, we studied 300 technology - innovative SMEs. According to the results of the research, it is confirmed that the marketing ability and the productization ability are important factors for improving the competitiveness of the product. Among them, the technical commercialization ability affects the competitiveness of the product and the R&D performance of the new technology/new product development As a result of examining the moderating effects of the concentration of R&D, physical investment has a moderating effect on the relationship between technical commercialization ability and product competitiveness.
