The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of low fertility on the nursing homes at the earliest stage and to suggest the fundamental causes and countermeasures for them. In this way, we tried to propose a fundamental alternative for diagnosing and solving all the problems of the nursing homes due to the imbalance of demand and supply that can be accommodated in the nursing homes due to the low birth rate. As an alternative, first, unification of the control towers by the integration of the education ministries, and second, by expanding the financial support, the burden of the parents' child rearing is eliminated, which has the effect of preventing the low birth rate. Third, The revision focused on enhancing understanding of accounting process and simplifying tasks. In addition to the analysis of the causes, the alternative presentation is not a one-shot improvement method of the first aid treatment, but the redesign of the management method of the whole nursing home operation through the rebuilding relieves the concern and burden of the parenting of the child. I will do my best to donate my talents by becoming higher. This will also serve as an alternative to the government's biggest challenge: low fertility.
