A Study of Respiratory Physical Therapy Applicable to Stroke Patients
초록
영어
PURPOSE : The purpose of this study is to compare prior studies on various motor therapeutic approaches that affect the improvement of respiratory function in stroke patients and to present motor therapy for more effective respiratory function improvement in stroke patients. METHOD : The various prior studies affecting the increase of respiratory function in stroke patients are collected, arranged and compared referring to RISS, NDSL. RESULT : As a result of the study, the diaphragm respiratory exercise, feedback respiratory exercises, combined respiratory exercises, deep neck flexion exercises, sternum and chest extended resistance exercise, respiratory rehabilitation exercise, inhalation and exhalation strengthening exercise and elastic band exercise showed significant increase in effort lung capacity, effortless breathing rate for 1 second, and maximum exhalation speed test. CONCLUSION : In conclusion, feedback respiration exercise, diaphragm exercise, increased thoracic size and diaphragm thickness, which helped the inhalation function. The elastic band exercise strengthened the abdominal muscles and helped the exhalation function. Combined breathing exercises and deep neck flexion strengthening exercises helped maintain the operability of the chest and improve the activity of the breathing auxiliary muscles, helping the function of exhalation and exhalation. In order to achieve such effective exercise results for stroke patients, appropriate breathing exercise methods should be applied depending on the symptoms, environment and condition of stroke patients. Further research on respiratory physiotherapy is also needed.
