The purpose of this study is to identify the semantic structure of counseling activity of young people who participated in online career counseling. The content of this study was to identify semantic characteristics shared by young people using online career counseling and to identify network characteristics of shared keywords in counseling. The subjects of the study were 1,326 counseling sessions’ record via Kakao Talk (Korean Whatsapp) between April and September 2019 (6 months) at Online Youth Center of Korea Employment Information Service (KEIS). The data sets were pre-processed for analysis (pre-setup of analogies, proper noun, and excluded words), and for the analysis Netminer 4.0 were used. The study result are as follows: The value of degree centrality was high in the order of occupation (job), major, enterprise (company), experience, corporation (company), while the prestige centrality was high in the order of working career, work experience, career concern, study, education & training. After examining the semantic structure of counseling record by academic group, university students were found to have high centrality in occupation (job), experience, education & training, college students’ were major, education & training, and high school graduates showed a high degree of concerns in major, occupation (job) and education & training. Young people who receive career and job counseling online are considering overall factors, focusing on objective factors such as major, qualification, and experience, and it has been shown that there is a difference in what is mentioned first in counseling according to individual conditions such as the academic background. Based on the results of the study, the content analysis of youth counseling using chatting career counseling will be used as a major basic resource for exploring ideas and behaviors surrounding the career path of young people in Korea.

이 연구는 익명성이 보장된 채팅 진로상담 환경에서 솔직하게 공유된 상담 내용 분석을 통해 내담자 (청년)가 겪는 진로 문제의 구조적인 속성을 파악할 수 있을 것이라는 가정에서 출발하여, 채팅을 통한 청년의 진로ㆍ취업 상담 내용 의미 구조를 규명하여 채팅상담과 청년 진로상담에 의미 있는 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적은 채팅을 통한 진로상담 서비스 이용 청년들이 상담 과정에서 공유하는 주요어를 도출 하고, ② 상담 내용의 구조적 특성을 구명하고, ③ 주요어로 구성된 연결망 특성을 확인하는 것이었다. 분석 대상은 한국고용정보원 온라인청년센터 청년상담실에서 19년 4월 1일부터 19년 9월 30일까지(6 개월) 카카오톡을 통해 제공한 진로ㆍ취업상담 서비스 1,326건이고, 분석 데이터 세트를 구성하기 위한 전처리(유사어, 지정어, 제외어 설정) 후 Netminer 4.0 프로그램으로 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 상담 내용 주요어의 중심성을 분석한 결과, 연결중심성 값은 직업(직무)-전공-자격증(자격)-경험-기업 (회사)의 순으로 높게 나타났고, 위세중심성은 경력-경험-고민-공부-교육훈련 순으로 높게 나타났다. 학 력 집단별로 상담내용 의미 구조를 살펴본 결과, 4년제 대학생은 직업(직무)-경험-교육훈련, 전문대생은 전공-교육훈련, 고졸자는 전공-직업(직무)-교육훈련의 연결중심성 및 위세중심성이 높게 나타났다. 온라인에서 진로ㆍ취업 상담을 받는 청년들은 전공, 자격, 경험 등 객관적 요소를 중심으로 전반적 요소를 고려하고 있으며, 학력 등 개인의 조건에 따라 상담에서 우선적으로 언급하는 내용에 차이가 있 음을 알 수 있었다. 연구 결과에 근거해서 볼 때, 채팅 진로상담 이용 청년의 상담 내용분석은 우리나 라 청년의 진로를 둘러싼 생각, 행동의 탐색을 위한 주요한 기초 자료로 활용될 것이다. 주제어： 채팅상담, 온라인상담, 청년, 의미구조, 진로상담, 의미연결망 분석, 진로고민.
