초록

영어

Aesop’s Fables is an allegorical work created by Aisopos, a Greek slave, and is intended to illustrate the behavioral characteristics of humans since ancient times or to illustrate the individual's psychological state in situations where moral judgment is needed. It is used not only as an assimilation element but also as a moral dilemma situation, and it is widely used in modern times as an auxiliary means for forming desirable personality for children. Anthropomorphism appears in Aesop’s Fables as a device for explaining human psychological state or behavioral characteristics. Anthropomorphism is an important expression in the sense of humanism, in that it means that God and humans have the same shape and characteristics, and that it has the meaning of anthropomorphism by analogizing animals and other living things to humans. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the use cases of Anthropomorphism in Aesop’s Fables, and to examine the characteristics of Anthropomorphism in Aesop’s Fables based on such analysis. The researcher analyzed the use of Anthropomorphism, and confirmed that Anthropomorphism in Aesop’s Fables has the characteristics of the latter’s meaning rather than the characteristics of the former’s meaning. In the use case, it was confirmed that there were many cases of personification of stray animals while having the latter rather than the former meaning. These phenomena seem to originate from the hope of expressing human beings well through intimacy with objects more similar to the human form.
