The purpose of this study is to establish and test a research model to examine how fact learning of korean language, self-determination, and planning behaviors affect self-directed learning and learning behaviors on Korean language of Chinese students in Korea. The sample of the study was based on a 320-part survey of Chinese students in Busan and Ulsan. It confirmed that it affects. It was confirmed that self-determination did not affect self-directed learning ability and learning behavioral performance, and that plan behavior was positive in self-directed learning ability. In addition, self-directed learning ability did not play a mediating role in the influence of self-organization on learning behavioral outcomes, but planning behaviors showed a mediating role in learning behavioral outcomes. Therefore, this thesis is important to suggest that self-directed learning and learning behavior and a fusion model are proposed as a way to promote efficient planning behavior based on the existing theory of self-determinism.

본 논문은 중국인 유학생의 동기 부여적인 측면에서 심리학 이론인 자기결정성 이론과 계 획행동 이론을 결합하여 서로 다른 학습요인에 따라 자기주도학습 능력에 미치는 영향을 분 석하고, 유학생 개인의 변화와 자기주도학습 능력 및 학습 행동성과 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 표본은 부산, 울산지역의 중국인 유학생을 대상으로 한 320부의 설문조사를 토대로 재한 중국 인 유학생의 일반적인 특성요인인 학업과정과 한국어 능력 및 체류 기간이 자기주도학습 능 력 및 한국어 학습행동 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인하였다. 자기결정성은 자기주도학습 능력과 한국어 학습행동 성과에 영향을 미치지 않는다는 사실과 계획행동은 자 기주도학습 능력에 정(+)의 방향으로 유의미하다는 사실을 확인하였다. 그리고 자기결정성이 한국어 학습행동 성과에 영향을 미치는 데에서 자기주도학습 능력이 매개 역할을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 계획행동은 한국어 학습행동 성과에 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 논문은 기존의 이론인 자기결정성의 요인을 바탕으로 효율적인 계획행동과의 연계를 도모할 수 있는 방안으로 자기주도학습 능력과 한국어 학습행동 성과의 융합적인 모델을 제 시하였다는 점에 의미를 두며 아울러 한국 대학의 유학생 관리정책을 과학적인 데이트를 바 탕으로 마련하는데 도움을 줄 뿐만 아리라 국제교육 발전 계획을 수립하는 데에도 효과적인 참고자료가 될 것이다.
