This study analyzes the effect of innovation policy tools on AI reliability and the moderating effect of AI ethics in this relationship. As a result of analysis, the reinforcement of AI humanities education in soft policy tools had an impact on AI reliability. In the economic policy tool, AI responsibility cost compensation system, AI safety research investment, and AI accident public insurance system influenced AI reliability. In the regulatory policy tool, it has been shown that the provision of a device for preventing the invasion of personal privacy and personal information affects the reliability of AI. Based on this, policy implications were proposed. In order to improve the reliability of AI, it is necessary to strengthen AI humanities education, prepare a system for reimbursing AI risk costs, expand investment in AI safety research, provide a public insurance system for AI accidents, and prepare a device for preventing personal privacy and personal information infringement.

본 연구는 혁신정책도구가 인공지능 신뢰성에 미치는 영향과 이러한 관계에서 인공지능 윤리성의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이다. 분석결과, 독립변수중 연성적 정책도구에서는 인공지능 시대 대비 인문 학적 교육 강화 요인이, 경제적 정책도구에서는 인공지능 위험 비용 배상책임 체계 마련 요인, 인공 지능 안전 연구 투자 확대 요인, 인공지능 사고 공적보험제도 요인이, 규제적 정책도구에서는 인공지 능 사생활 및 개인정보 침해 방지 장치 마련 요인이 인공지능 신뢰성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 정책적 함의로서 인공지능의 신뢰성을 제고하기 위한 방안으로 연성적 정 책도구의 인공지능 시대 대비 인문학적 교육 강화가, 경제적 정책도구의 인공지능 위험 비용 배상책 임 체계 마련, 인공지능 안전 연구 투자 확대, 인공지능 사고 공적보험제도, 규제적 정책도구의 인공 지능 사생활 및 개인정보 침해 방지 장치 마련이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.
