The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship among exercise satisfaction, adaptation to military life and loyality of submarine crewmember. To achieve the research objectives, 154 submarine crewmember were used the convenience sampling method. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and standard multiple regression analysis were executed using SPSS 22 programs. The results are as following. First, exercise satisfaction was found to have an impact on adaptation to military life. In the concrete, emotional satisfaction, environmental satisfaction and physical satisfaction had influence on job adaptation, emotional satisfaction and environmental satisfaction had effect on organizational environment adaptation. Second, exercise satisfaction gave static influence loyality. In the concrete, emotional satisfaction and environmental satisfaction had effect on loyality. Third, adaptation to military life had effect on loyality. Specifically job adaptation and organizational environment adaptation had influence on loyality.

본 연구는 잠수함 승조원의 운동만족과 군 생활적응 및 충성도의 관계를 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 해군 의 잠수함 승조원을 모집단으로 집락표집방법을 이용하여 157명의 자료를 수집하였다. 이중 신뢰할 수 없다고 판단된 3부의 설문지를 제외한 154명의 자료를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 분석은 통계프로그램인 SPSS 22를 이용하여 연구목적 에 맞게 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 표준중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 도출된 결과는 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 운동만족은 군 생활적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 운동만족의 정서적만족, 신체적만 족, 환경적만족이 군 생활적응의 직무적응에, 운동만족의 정서적만족, 환경적만족이 군 생활적의 조직환경적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 운동만족은 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 운동만족의 정서적만 족, 환경적만족이 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 군 생활적응이 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 구체적으로 군 생활적응의 직무적응, 조직환경적응 모두 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
