The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between flow, exercise emotion, and exercise addiction among swimming participants in sport for all. To identify this, as of March 2020, a total of 350 questionnaires were distributed to the pools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province by selecting regular Swimming participants, as a population and using the convenience sampling method. Of the collected questionnaires, 331 copies were used for actual analysis. Therefore, the valid questionnaire was individually input into a computer, and the following results were calculated using statistical techniques such as frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the IBMSPSS 23.0 program. First, the flow of the swimming participants in sport for all had an effect on exercise emotions. Second, the flow of the swimming participants in sport for all had an effect on exercise addiction. Third, exercise emotions of swimming participants in sport for all had an effect on exercise addiction.

본 연구는 생활체육 수영 참여자의 운동 몰입, 운동정서, 운동중독의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 규명하 기 위해 2020년 3월 현재 서울ㆍ경기지역 소재의 수영장에 규칙적인 수영 참여자를 모집단으로 선정 후 편의표본추출법 을 활용하여 총 350부의 설문지를 배부하였다. 회수 된 설문지 중 유효설문지는 331부를 실제 분석에 사용하였다. 따라서 유효설문지는 컴퓨터에 개별 입력 후 IBMSPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 등의 통계기법을 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 산출하였다. 첫째, 생활체육 수영참여자의 운동 몰입은 운동 정서에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 생활체육 수영참여자의 운동 몰입은 운동중독에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 생활체육 수영참여자 의 운동정서는 운동중독에 영향을 미쳤다.
