The purpose of this study was to investigate examination of mediating effect of job burnout in the relationship between role stress and teacher opinion in secondary physical education teachers. In order to achieve the research objectives, 200 subjects were collected from physical education teachers in the secondary school in Busan. The data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS 25.0 for reliability and validity test of questionnaire, descriptive statistics analysis, and correlation analysis. For structural model analysis according to the model, the following conclusions were obtained after performing covariate structure analysis using IBM AMOS 25.0. Got. First, there was a partial causal effect of role stress, job burnout and teacher opinion in secondary school teachers. Second, the relationship model of the role stress, job burnout, and teacher opinion of the secondary physical education teacher is the perfect mediation model. Third, in the effect of secondary physical education teacher's role stress on teacher opinion, job burnout has an effect at the level of mediating effect and statistical significance. Through this, it can be seen that job exhaustion has a significant effect on the relationship between the role stress of the secondary physical education teacher and the sense of teacher's calling.

본 연구는 중등학교 체육교사의 역할스트레스와 교사소명감의 관계에서 직무소진에 대한 매개효과를 검증하는 데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위한 연구대상으로 부산지역 중등학교 체육교사 200명을 선정하였다. 자료분석은 IBM SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 설문지의 신뢰도와 타당도검사, 기술통계분석, 상관분석을 실시하였고, 모형에 따른 구조모형분 석은 IBM AMOS 25.0을 이용하여 공변량구조분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 중등체육교사의 역할스트레스와 직무소진 및 교사소명의 인과적 관계는 부분적으로 인과적 관계가 있었다. 둘째, 중등체육교사의 역할스 트레스와 직무소진 및 교사소명의 관계모형은 완전매개모형이 적합하다. 셋째, 중등체육교사의 역할스트레스가 교사소 명에 미치는 영향에 있어서 직무소진은 매개효과 통계적 유의 수준에서 효과가 있다. 이를 통해 직무소진은 중등체육교사 의 역할스트레스와 교사소명감의 관계에서 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.
