The purpose of this study is to investigate how the degree of participation of people with physical disabilities participating in life sports affects sociality. The subjects of the study were 218 people with physical disabilities who participated in life sports activities with the help of the Physically Disabled People's B. The analysis method for presenting the results was frequency analysis and factor analysis using SPSS 26.0. Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis for each factor ( multiple regression analysis) was used. The conclusion of the study was that, first, participation in life sports according to demographic and sociological characteristics had a positive effect on the level of sociality, especially on gender (male), age (40s), and disability rating (grade 1). Second, the degree of participation was found to have a high positive effect on the sociability of sociality, and it was found that exercise intensity and exercise time had the most influence on the positive change in terms of activity and sociality, which are sub-variants of sociality. have.
