This study suggests the applicability of the ethical education method of the ethical education method and the direction when it is applied through the leaders' thoughts and experiences as to whether the ethical attitude of care can be applied to Taekwondo personality education. The purpose is to provide data. To achieve the purpose of this study, leaders with 10 to 30 years of leadership experience were selected as participants through the nomadic sampling method, and data were collected through in-depth interviews. The collected data were analyzed through a phenomenological approach and the following results were obtained. First, it was also confirmed that the attitude of ‘empathy toward the behaviors and attitudes of trainees’ was slightly different for each leader. Second, in addition, the position of the “authority to be observed by the leader” also influenced the attitude of the leader. Third, It was concluded that it is possible to change the attitude to 'fit the eye level of trainees', and based on these changes, personality education from a ethical point of view may be possible.

본 연구는 배려윤리적 관점에서 태권도 인성교육이 적용될 수 있는지에 대하여 현장 지도자들의 생각 및 경험을 들어보고 이를 바탕으로 배려윤리 방법의 윤리교육 방법의 적용 가능성과 적용되었을 때의 방향을 제시하여 향후 태권도 지도시에 필요한 윤리교육 이론적 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 유목적 표집법을 통해 지도경력 10년에서 30년 이상의 경력이 있는 지도자들을 참여자로 선정하였고, 심층면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 현상학적 접근을 통하여 분석하였고 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 첫째. ‘수련생들의 행동 및 태도에 대한 공감’의 자세가 지도자마다 조금씩 다르게 형성되는 것으로 나타남도 확인하였다. 둘째. 또한 지도자의 태도에는‘지도자가 지켜야할 권위’적 지위 역시 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째. ‘수련생들의 눈높이에 맞추기’ 위한 태도의 변화가 가능하며, 이러한 변화를 토대로 배려윤리적 관점에서의 인성교육이 가능할 수 있다는 결론을 얻을 수 있었다.
