This study aims to investigate the relationship between Olympic Games venue Beijing citizens' community attachment and country image and tourism supports from the aspect of social exchange theory. The result of this study is to provide basic data to the national officials who host the Olympic Games and the stake-holders of the 2020 Beijing Winter Olympic Games. In this study, 600 citizens of Chaoyang-District, Beijing were surveyed in August 2018 and a total of 459 samples were used as the final analysis data. Results of correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 24.0 statistical program, the community attachment of the citizens showed a positive effect on country image and tourism development supports. Based on these results, the stake-holders who prepare for the Olympic Games understand that the higher the community attachment of residents, the higher the country image which is the factor of country recognition and tourism development supports which contribute to the development of regional community. And we should make efforts to come up with the policy measures to increase the community attachment.

본 연구는 사회교환이론 관점에서 올림픽 개최지 북경시민의 지역사회애착도와 국가이미지 및 관광개발지지도 의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 연구결과는 향후 올림픽유치 국가관계자 및 현재 2022년 북경동계올림픽 이해관계자에게 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 2018년 8월 북경시 차오양구 시민 600명을 대상으로 표본을 추출해 총 459명의 자료가 최종분석 자료로 사용되었다. SPSS 24.0프로그램으로 상관관계분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시 한 결과, 북경시민들의 지역사회애착도는 국가이미지 및 관광개발지지도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 결과를 토대로 올림픽을 준비하는 도시의 이해관계자들은 지역민들의 지역사회애착도가 높을수록 국가에 대한 인지 요인인 국가이미지 및 지역사회 발전에 도움을 주는 관광개발지지도가 높다는 것을 이해하고 지역사회애착도를 높일 수 있는 정책방안 마련에 노력해야 할 것이다.
