The aim of this article was to examine the relationship among the life style, leisure facilitation, and flow for marine sports participant. The subject of this study were selected using the convenience sampling method from chosen the adults who live in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, In-chon, and Chungcheong-do. At the result, a total of 418 samples were used for the data analysis. The following result was obtained. The first, the trend-pursuit, complaints-style, perfectionism, and traditionalism were influence on the structural and personal facilitation. The trend-pursuit and perfectionism were influence on interpersonal facilitation. The second, the trend-pursuit, perfectionism, and traditionalism were influence on the clear goal and self-experience. The trend-pursuit, complaints-style, and perfectionism were influence on the balance of challenge and skill. The last, at the result of relationship among leisure facilitation and leisure flow for marin sports participants, the structural, personal, and interpersonal facilitation were influence on the clear goal, self-experience, and balance of challenge and skill.

본 연구의 목적은 해양스포츠 참여자의 라이프스타일, 여가촉진, 여가몰입 간의 관계를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구의 대상으로는 2018년 서울, 경기, 인천, 충청도에서 거주하는 성인남녀를 대상으로 모집단을 선정한 후 편의추출 법을 이용하여 표본을 추출하였다. 연구에서 분석된 자료 수는 총 418부를 최종자료로 사용하였다. 자료 처리 방법으로는 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 라이프스타일 하위요인인 유행추 구, 불평추구, 성취주의, 전통주의 스타일은 구조적 촉진과 개인적 촉진에 영향을 미쳤고, 유행추구와 성취주의 스타일은 대인적 촉진에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 라이프스타일의 하위요인인 유행추구, 성취주의, 전통주의 스타일 은 명확한 목표, 자목적 경험에 영향을 미쳤고, 유행추구, 불평주의, 성취주의는 도전과 기술의 균형에 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 셋째, 여가촉진의 하위요인인 구조적 촉진, 개인적 촉진, 대인적 촉진은 명확한 목표, 자목적 경험, 도전과 기술의 균형에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
